This policy covers the fabervant.com website and Fabervant's internal tools. Each Fabervant app has its own privacy policy, linked from that app.

Who we are

The website

fabervant.com sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and has no forms. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives your IP address and the technical details of each request (browser, page, time) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We see only totals, not individual visitors.

Fabervant apps load their Fabervant Home Index score from fabervant.com. When they do, Cloudflare receives the same technical details of that request.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your address and your message only to answer you. Our email provider is Zoho, in its EU data centre.

Internal tools that use Google services

Fabervant Ads is an internal tool that manages Fabervant's own Google Ads account through the Google Ads API: it reads campaign reports and creates or changes Fabervant's campaigns. Only Fabervant staff sign in to it. Its sign-in token is kept on Fabervant's own computer. It does not read anyone else's Google Ads account.

Fabervant Backups keeps encrypted copies of Fabervant's databases in a Google Drive account that Fabervant controls; see its own policy.

No data obtained through Google's services is sold, shared with anyone, used for anything else or used to train any model.

Transfers outside Türkiye

Cloudflare (United States, global network) and Zoho (EU) process data outside Türkiye. This is a transfer abroad under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; the standard-contract process for these transfers is under way.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may ask us whether we process your personal data, ask for information about it, learn its purpose, learn to whom it is transferred, have it corrected or erased, and object to some processing. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days, free of charge.
